Production Process: Drawing Design Drawings → Coppersmithing → EDM Machining → Large Goods Mould → Trial Molding → Roughcast → Polishing/Hand Polishing → Electroplating Other Processes (Greasing / Laser / Silk Screening, etc.) → Inspection / Testing → Packaging Shipping , inspection requirements and standards

1. Control the sample or confirm the sample. See the color, model is consistent with the sample;

2. The surface of the button should not have cracks, notches, uneven marks and obvious scratches;

3. No cracks on the back of the face, bubbles: no bad edges, uneven thickness;

4. The pattern should be no obvious deformation, no white eyes, white circles and other phenomena;

5. The buttonholes should be clean and smooth: All the needles should be worn and broken, and they should be symmetrical and harmless. If it is a dark eye, the dark eye should be smooth, no significant burst.

6. After plating or other processing, the effect should be uniform. If some special effects cannot be consistent, they can be packaged separately.

7. The color difference of the same batch of buttons should not be lower than the GB250 Level IV standard. Compared with the sample, it should not be lower than the GB250 Level III standard.

8 Packaging inspection, after the appearance inspection/customer requirements performance test are all qualified, then repackaging. A certificate or other label should be placed on the package. The number of packages should be consistent with the regulations, and the actual quantity of each bag should be consistent with the specified quantity. If it is found that the thickness is not one or the other reason exceeds the tolerance, it will be tested in full.
