I just got off the phone with customer service, and honestly, I’m still a bit frustrated. The representative was polite enough, but it took forever to get through to someone. When I finally did, they didn’t seem to have a clear understanding of my issue. It felt like they were reading from a script rather than actually listening to me. To make matters worse, the solution they offered wasn’t really a solution at all—it just kicked the can down the road. I asked for clarification, but the rep kept repeating the same thing over and over again without addressing my concerns. By the time we ended the call, I felt like I had wasted an hour of my day for absolutely nothing. Now, I’m sitting here trying to figure out what my next steps should be. Should I send an email? Call back again? Honestly, I don’t even know if it’s worth the effort anymore. This whole experience has left me feeling completely disheartened about the entire process. I hope other people have better luck, but based on my experience today, I wouldn’t count on it. Anyway, I need to take a break and clear my head before deciding what to do next. Realistically, though, I know I’ll probably have to follow up somehow. Ugh, why does this always feel so exhausting?
