Rich professional experience allows Wang Hao to have his own understanding of the CIO. In his view, the current domestic real CIO is still very small, most of the IT leaders are still in a state of "stability."
The three-layer realm of information managers “The position of the information supervisor at the enterprise level can be divided into three levels. The first level is the IT manager, the second level is the IT director, and the third level is the CIO. IT managers do the most. “Participating in the entire strategic management of the company will affect the strategic direction of the company. Wang Hao pointed out that although IT will not change the business itself, once it is used properly, it will completely change the operation of the business model. In this process, the CIO took on the overall enabling and operating platform for the business model.
“For example, from Shanghai to Beijing, I can choose: walking, cycling, high-speed rail, and airplanes. Essentially, these modes are all traffic, but they are different. But when you go to Beijing on a bicycle in Shanghai, you still have to open. There are two kinds of concepts for a car to go to Beijing. With the car as a tool, we would think that 100 kilometers is not a problem. With aircraft as a tool, we think that tens of thousands of kilometers is not a road. IT promotes business, just like airplanes, cars and bicycles. The level of service provided is exactly the same level. The value that nature can bring is totally different."
Create Instant Communication and Feedback Mechanism Based on PAI Strategy
In January 2016, Wang Hao joined Rollei Home Textiles and began his strategic PAI layout. In the entire home textile segmentation area, Rolle's investment in IT can be regarded as the leader in the segmentation field, which also has enough space for Rollei's information construction.
PAI corresponds to PC, APP, and IM, respectively, where P accounts for 20%, A accounts for 70%, and I accounts for 10%.
“The original Rollei IT core system was relatively heavy. No matter data analysis or system operation and maintenance, most of the work was done by the PC. The communication was through email or telephone. The purpose of the PAI strategy is to mobilize and reduce weight. In addition to a few systems that remain on the PC, all others are on the App. When problems arise, they are communicated through IM tools."
Through the PAI strategy, Wang Hao hopes to create a real-time communication and immediate feedback management system and sales operation service system for Rollei to optimize the entire EBC experience (E is an employee, B is a supplier and distributor, and C is a customer).
"The IT system is like a human nerve. The speed of neural response determines the brain's ability to think. When a company produces a lot of data, can it provide immediate and accurate feedback to the management and the grassroots level to match the corresponding actions? This is corporate management. key."
Wang Hao mentioned to the reporter a very classic question: Will you be willing to accept a bonus of 2,000 yuan by the end of the year, or will you like to have dinner together with the founding father? The survey result for this issue is that 68% of people choose to have dinner with the founder.
“But there is only one person in the founder and there are tens of thousands of employees. Suppose we meet one person every hour and we can't see it for one year. So we change the model so that the chairman mainly communicates with the top employees. Based on the PAI strategy, Rollei can build a flat and immediate feedback mechanism for corporate communications and create a business-driven IT system.

The construction of an active service system For the traditional IT “stability maintenance” type work, Wang Hao also adopted the PAI strategy to construct an active service system and self-feedback system, hoping to change the original inefficient service process.
“As an example, in the past, employees made IT repairs by calling a hotline. The whole process was cumbersome because most employees didn’t know what the problem was. They only discovered a blue screen and the system was abnormal. The hotline that answers the calls is also There is no direct way to deal with the problem, and it must be transferred to the corresponding IT staff. So the entire service experience is very poor. These service calls are often gone."
Now through the establishment of an active service system, the employees' remissions bypass the intermediate links and reach IT engineers directly. Through certain incentives and feedback mechanisms, they promote the enthusiasm of engineers.
