Keqiao standard machine exhaust emission standard was approved

Recently, one of the three industry standardization projects in Zhejiang Province in 2014 was jointly issued by the Printing and Dyeing Industry Association of Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province and the Quality Inspection Institute of Keqiao District, and the “Unified Standard for Exhaust Emission Limits for Finalizing Machines in the Printing and Dyeing Industry” was issued. The project was approved at the provincial level.

In recent years, with the rapid expansion of production capacity of printing and dyeing enterprises, environmental complaints and pollution disputes caused by exhaust emissions from stereotyped machines are increasing. The exhaust gas of the stereotyped machine is mainly composed of pollutants such as soot and particulate matter. When the setting machine works, the concentration of exhaust gas discharged is as high as 250 mg/m3 of particulate matter and 1000 mg/m3 of fume, which has become one of the important sources of pollution in the environment of Keqiao District.

To this end, the Keqiao District Quality Supervision Bureau led the Keqiao District Printing and Dyeing Industry Association and the Keqiao District Quality and Technical Supervision and Inspection Institute, and conducted the project according to the "Regulations on the Key Projects of the Zhejiang Provincial Solid Industry Standardization Project (Trial)" and other related regulations. In-depth investigation and study, through the organization of the development and implementation of the dyeing industry stereotypes exhaust emissions limit coalition standards, effectively regulate the company's production behavior, reduce stereotypes exhaust emissions, improve the overall environmental protection level of the industry. It is reported that the project is planned to be implemented in half of the association's enterprises. After the project is completed, the concentration of exhaust gas will be reduced to 18 mg/m3 of particulate matter and 25 mg/m3 of soot, which will reduce the total amount of particulate matter emitted by the stereotyped engine by about 2,750 tons. The total amount is about 11,000 tons, which meets the national and provincial requirements for exhaust emissions from the printing and dyeing industry.
